For the best chance of securing a spot, Reddit users suggest logging in about 15 minutes before the general sale kicks off. For this particular sale, that means being online by 9:45 am. It’s also advised not to refresh your browser, since doing so could cause you to lose your spot in the queue.

On Tuesday, September 16, a staggering number of fans scrambled to buy tickets, and allegedly caused Ticketmaster ‘to crash’.

“There are currently over two MILLION people trying to get tickets to Ariana Grande’s The Eternal Sunshine Tour in London,” one fan claimed on social media platform X.

Another wrote, “Well, I’m not seeing Ariana Grande, I can’t even tell you how disappointed I am, I literally was in three queues with only 8K people ahead of me and still came out with nothing.”

A third said: “Ariana’s Ticketmaster queue [has] got to be one of the messiest queues ever – like WDYM it’s frozen again?”
