A 27‐year‐old makeup artist felt forced to defend her romance with her 33‐year‐old fiancée, known professionally as “Tiny Texie,” after being attacked online for the latter’s “peculiar” physical appearance.

Born with Kenny-Caffey Syndrome—a rare genetic disorder that causes short stature and skeletal abnormalities—Texie’s “childlike appearance” has propelled her into the adult entertainment arena, catering to a very specific market.

“There’s been times where it’s been very hard for both of us. She’s even got drinks thrown at her, she’s been threatened badly as well,” the makeup artist, Anastasia Graves, said in an interview.

Critics believe Texie’s public persona not only capitalizes on her physical differences but also effectively sexualizes her disability.

“[They] say I’m feeding the pedophiles,” Texie explained. “I act like a grown adult because that’s who I am.”

Standing at just 3.6 feet (110 centimeters), the adult actress has built a sizable following on TikTok, where she shares humorous and wholesome content about her daily life and talks about the challenges of living with her condition.

However, despite having a large fanbase of 5.4 million subscribers, she nevertheless says she gets “bullied on TikTok on a daily basis,” and that her content is constantly being scrutinized by moderators due to her appearance.

“I get my stuff taken down on the daily, because I look like a child, guess what, I can’t help it,” Texie stated.

For Texie, her condition has put her under an unfair spotlight that adds layers of suspicion on any activity she does as a normal adult.

“I’m 31 years old. Because I am so small, people look at me and they’re like ‘oh you’re a child’ and unfortunately I do have to wear children’s clothes, she shared.

“I try my hardest to make myself an adult the best way I can, but you don’t always win in those situations.”

“People tell me ‘it’s f****** sick that you act like that’,” the actress stated, feeling that her condition shouldn’t bar her from being treated like any adult, no matter the industry in which they work.

Meeting her fiancée, Anastasia, has been a life-changing experience for the actress, who has found in her partner a supportive and understanding relationship.

“[She] never lets me struggle in any shape, way or form,” she revealed. “Whether it be physically, emotionally or mentally. She’s always my backbone, she’s helped me with a lot of struggles.”

The pair, who got engaged in 2023, took the opportunity to reveal that they are right in the middle of planning their wedding, but were unable to confirm a specific date.

Despite how bright the future might look for both, they stated that their main challenge has, and will likely continue to be, “people on social media.”

“What do people expect her to do? She deserves love and affection like anyone else!” one of her fans said.
