Hawk Tuah girl’s viral fame has led to another video emerging from the depths of YouTube which has sent social media users’ heads spinning.

The Simpsons has become known as a TV series with an eerily scary ability to predict future events and many fans of the show even believe they’ve pinpointed a moment which predicts Hawk Tuah girl – real name Haliey Welch – coming onto the scene.

However, it turns out the show may’ve not been the only ‘prophet’ to foreshadow the viral star.

Hawk Tuah

Unless you’re one of the lucky few able to go through life without a phone or social media, you’ll have probably heard about Hawk Tuah girl by now.

After responding to a question about what she does to make a man go ‘crazy’ in the bedroom – ‘You gotta give it that Hawk Tuah, spit on that thang’ – Welch shot to internet fame and has been hitting headlines ever since.

Now, the stupidity of the internet these days means many of us probably just rolled our eyes or shrugged at the fact someone has gone viral over such a moment, but in 2008, well, those days of social media were a bit different weren’t they?

Yet, somehow, a video shared all those 16 years ago has since re-emerged online and has one YouTube user resolving it’s ‘truly a sign of a prophet’.

The YouTube video

On February 11, 2008, a user named @tomasaurus2 took to YouTube to share a video.

It shows a Cooper’s hawk eating a pigeon while sitting on a telephone pole 20 feet from the user’s living room window on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

And the title of the video? “Hawk tuah.”

Yep. You really can’t make this s**t up.

And it’s not taken long for people to flood to the comments to weigh in.

One YouTuber said: “According to analytics the title wasn’t even changed… truly a sign of a prophet.”

Another added: “Yeah this is like finding a cave painting of a Cybertruck.”

A third commented: “Bro must feel like Oppenheimer right now.”

While a fourth said: “The title has never been changed… This man is a prophet.”

A fifth wrote: “Give this man 13 million dollars and a podcast.”

And a sixth resolved: “This getting recommended 16 years later is madness. It’s like opening a time capsule.”

So, what do you think?
