Kaleb Cooper probably didn’t ever imagine that he would be meeting Prince William a few years ago, but now the farm favourite has received a special visit from the Prince of Wales.
Ahead of season four of popular Amazon Prime show Clarkson’s Farm, Prince William visited Folly Farm to meet Cooper and and Charlie Ireland to help raise awareness of mental health care for young farmers.
We’ve already had a sneak peek at season four thanks to Jeremy Clarkson himself, but it will be hard to top the man next in line for the throne when it comes to special guests on the series, which follows the former Top Gear host’s life as he attempts to run a farm in the countryside.
It can’t be going too badly for the 64-year-old, however, as it was revealed in the season three finale that he was able to take home more than £27k in profits thanks to his farming initiatives.
There’s also his new pub too, but he recently opened up on the ‘true cost’ of running it.
Despite what you might think, it turns out that Clarkson’s Farm is a regular watch at the Wales’ household, as Prince William revealed that eldest son, Prince George, is a fan.
However, according to his father, George had a special request for Cooper, should the two ever cross paths.

When the two met outside, William told Cooper: “You’ve got George watching now. I said to him ‘What shall I say if I meet Kaleb?’
“He said ‘Tell Kaleb to mind his language”.
Cooper has become renowned for his often foul language on the show and he did admit that he tried to stop doing it so much as he joked: “I did get told off for swearing too much… I tried to stop, but at the same time, it’s awesome.
“That’s what I like about the whole show… I’ve had so many people thank me, going ‘you brought the family together’. It’s a great feeling.”
On the other hand, Ireland was pleased to hear of George’s interest in the show, adding: “It’s great because it’s meant to bring everyone together, isn’t it – on the family sofa.”

Though William is seemingly a fan, he was actually there as he is the newest member of the We Are Farming Minds, which is a Cornish charity that aims to help farmers experiencing isolation and other mental health issues.
And as the Duke of Cornwall, the Prince of Wales is also the landlord to duchy farming tenants.
Speaking about the challenges of destigmatising mental health issues in the UK, Prince William added: “Unfortunately, it’s probably going to be generational.
“So with a lot of the work and the research we’ve done, it will take a generation to fix this, but I do think we’re headed the right way, and I’m excited by that journey and that progress.”
Clarkson’s Farm series four is set to be released on Amazon Prime in May.
