Shocking Penis Size Rankings by State Exposed: Which Regions Are Blowing Their Stats Out of Proportion?

Ever wondered which state in the US is the reigning champ of, shall we say, “creative storytelling” about their… ahem, personal measurements? Well, buckle up, because a spicy new survey by Bespoke Surgical didn’t just dig into who’s packing what—it also exposed who’s stretching the truth to impress their romantic prospects. Back in 2020, science settled the average erect length at somewhere between 5.1 and 5.5 inches, but fast forward three years, and over 1,300 men across America were asked the juicy double: “What’s the real deal?” and “What do you tell your dates?” Turns out, while Delaware folks keep it modest, Louisiana residents might just be writing their own tall tales—and not just at Mardi Gras. With 26% of men confessing to pumping up their numbers, it begs the question: when it comes to size, is honesty really the best policy, or are some states just having a little too much fun? Dive into the data and prepare to be both amused and amazed! LEARN MORE

Experts have conducted a survey to uncover which US state residents are more likely to lie about their penis sizes to their potential partners – as well as uncover exactly how big people are claiming their packages are.

In 2020, a study collated previous reports to discover what the average size penis size was.

The paper, published in the Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, found that the mean length of an erect penis was between 5.1 and 5.5 inches.

Three years later, those working at Bespoke Surgical took it upon themselves to conduct their own nationwide survey to discover, once and for all, how much manhood the USA really has.

To get their member material, the New York-based company asked just over 1,300 men two simple questions.

The first was: ‘What is your actual penis length at full erection?’ and the second: ‘What length do you say your penis is at full erection when asked by potential partners, dates, or significant others?’

The company stipulated that their scientific data was not designed to ‘shame any state or region’, but to instead gain insight into who has the biggest package, and which state is most likely to exaggerate the size of theirs.

According to the self-reported survey, the average penis length varied significantly by state.

Residents of Delaware reported having the smallest average penis size, with 5.22 in, with New Mexico (5.36 in) and Maryland (5.5 in) still making the podium.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, the five states with the highest average penis lengths included Alabama (7.44 in), Louisiana, where men claimed their schlong was 7.15 in long, West Virginia (7 in), Vermont (6.98 in) and Utah (6.97 in).

As per Bespoke Surgical, the national, self-reported average penis size in America came in at 6.41 inches at full erection – a big jump from the previously mentioned study.

But which states are more likely to spread misinformation and deceive their romantic partners when it comes to their erection?

Apparently, those living in Louisiana are the ones that are giving it the big one when it comes to talking about their penises.

Bespoke Surgical claim the Pelican State had the largest average exaggeration (8.07 inches) as well as one of the ‘widest variances of what they tell others with 0.92 inch’,

Interestingly, Delaware natives, who had the smallest actual average, had an average exaggeration of 1.30 in, while Georgia’s exaggeration came in at 0.66 in.

Now, the juicy stuff – how did people with penises report their size when asked by potential partners and/or dates?

As per the survey, 26 percent of men exaggerated their size by around 0.98 in on average.

12 percent of men actually understated their size by about 1.03 in on average, while 62 percent actually told their potential partner their actual penis size.

You know what they say, honesty is the best policy… here’s looking at you, Louisiana!
