“I was below 5,000 in every queue and by the time I was in, there were no tickets left… I just want one ticket in London… just one!” pleaded one fan.
“I knew it was over once I saw I was 155k+ in the queue,” added another, while one bewildered supported shared: “I was in all Ticketmaster AND AXS queues on TWO separate dates and I didn’t manage to get even ONE on an unlimited budget, how did that even happen?”
“Did they all go in the presale? I was number 500 in the queue and still missed out!” demanded another.

What has Ariana Grande said about resale tickets?
The pop icon has said that she understands fan frustration after the presale problems, and shared the following statement on her Instagram Story: “Hi my angels, I have been on set all week but I wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course I am incredibly bothered by it.
“I’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. I hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. It’s not right.
I just wanted you to know that my team and I see it and that I care very much and we will do, and are doing, everything we can. I love you so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.”
