Can opposites attract, or is real-life romance too stubborn for TV magic? The ‘goth baddie’ who had Drake barking in delight has dished the dirt on what went down behind the cameras.
Content creator Pinkchyu, real name Lin Lamar, sky rocketed to fame over the weekend after making it to the final three of Drake’s 20v1 dating challenge alongside Lena the Plug and Jordyn Lucas.
However, despite seeming to have Drake head over heels for her in their meeting, Pinkchyu has admitted they haven’t gone any further yet.
When asked by TMZ if they ended up hooking up afterwards, she shook her head.
“No,” Pinkchyu said. “No, no, no. We just had a lot of conversations.”
Though she remained coy on whether the pair would meet up again, it seems there will be more chats in the future as she still has to send him the house she wants him buy for her mum as a prize.

Drake to follow through with promise of buying Pinkychu’s mum a house
As a prize for making it to his final three, Drake offered the winners the chance to ask for anything they wanted.
Pinkychu asked the God’s Plan star if he would buy her mother a house, to which he happily agreed.
She said that he plans to follow through on the promise and all she has to do is send her any listing she wants, and he’ll do the rest.
“That’s what he said!” she giggled after the process was explained.
In a video Pinkychu posted to her Instagram, she filmed her mum’s reaction when she broke the life-changing news.
“I went on the Drake dating show,” she said. “But I didn’t tell you everything. h
“He said I can have whatever I want as a prize and the first thing that came to mind was everything you’ve done for me and my sisters.
“And he’s going to buy you a house.”
Her mum couldn’t hide her delight, putting her hands to her face in shock and squealing in joy: “Are you serious?”
Pinkychu simply nodded as her mum struggled to get her words out: “Oh my god! That is so… Oh my god! I can’t believe it.”
The pair embraced in a deep hug and Pinkychu went on to elaborate to TMZ that “obviously she’s over the moon.”
She added that much of the money she has made in her career so far goes towards supporting her family, and there’s bound to be plenty more coming following her rise to fame.

Pinkychu isn’t a big fan of Drake’s music
In what is unlikely to come as a surprise, Pinkychu isn’t massively into Drake’s tunes or rap in general.
Revealing a conversation she had with the world’s most streamed rapper after the NELK Kick stream had concluded, she said she told him: “‘You know what’s funny? I just remember you from the Degrassi days.’
“I know some of his popular songs and stuff but that’s how I know him, from Degrassi.”
If you’re not familiar, Degrassi is a Canadian teen TV series that ran from 2001 to 2015, in which Drake appeared in 145 episodes as the character Jimmy Brooks during eights years as a cast member.
“I was like, ‘this is crazy,'” she added. “I listen to goth music and metal. I grew up playing guitar, violin. That’s the kind of music I listen to. This is funny, we’re complete opposites.”
