The bloke who’s behind the barnet sported by the ‘Ibiza Final Boss’ has broken his silence after the unique look went viral.

Although none of us had a clue who Jack Kay was just a few days ago, most of us are now seeing him in our sleep thanks to how much he’s appeared on our FYP.

It didn’t take long for social media sleuths to track him down after footage showing him throwing some serious shapes on the party island started to go viral.

Sporting a black vest, gold chain, flashy sunglasses and an LV cross body bag, he embodied the spirit of most lads who holiday in Ibiza – hence why he’s the Final Boss.

Jack, who hails from Newcastle, also has quite a distinctive-looking barnet and facial hair too.

All of these factors make the perfect recipe for a viral star – which is what he’s apparently about to become.

He’s just signed with Neon Management, who have previously handled the careers of celebrities such as Joey Essex and countless reality TV stars.

Jack returned to the UK after his Ibiza holiday, only to head right back, as he’s been invited to a host of ‘big parties’ now he’s become a star on the island.

But before he hopped back on a flight, he had one extremely important task to complete – getting a trim.

During the 24 hours in which he was back on home soil, the lad spent a great deal of his time at B&D Barbers in Blaydon, Gateshead, so Ali Kurbani could work his magic on his hair.

Now, the barber has dished the dirt on their emotional reunion, after Ali’s handiwork with a pair of clippers became publicised around the world.

“I have been doing this job a while now and this is amazing,” he told The Sun. “We have cut Jack’s hair for around ten years and we didn’t expect this.”

Revealing the blueprint for Jack’s iconic look, Ali said: “To get this style, Jack asks for a medium skin fade and then a bit of length of the top.”

But to look like the Ibiza Final Boss, you’ve got to ‘keep the fringe sharp at the front’.

The barber, from Kurdistan, explained he has been cutting Jack’s hair for more than a decade, so they’ve got the method down pat by now.

It costs the Jack £26 for the iconic trim, but as he’s a ‘very nice guy’, Ali says he often leaves a nice tip for him too.

He explained Jack described becoming a viral star overnight as ‘crazy’ while he was getting his hair cut ahead of his return to Ibiza.

“I am very happy about it all and Jack is a very nice guy,” Ali added. “It is great to see this happen for our business. I think he is going to keep the style.”
