Jennifer Aniston has revealed which celebrity she believes she is linked to from a past life on the Drew Barrymore show.

While people debate about whether or not past lives and reincarnation are real events, some people claim they have memories to prove it.

These memories can be of one prior life, or many different lives, where they lived and died hundreds of years ago.

Another person who believes she may have also lived several lives is Aniston.

She spoke about this after revealing which celebrity she was related to in one of those past lives.

When talking with Drew Barrymore on her show on Friday 12 September, she revealed that a former co-star was someone she believes she was related to.

The 56-year-old Friends actress shared how A-lister Shirley MacLaine revealed herself to be a relative.

But not just any relative as the Rumor Has It co-star told her she was actually her mother in another life and that they had lived together.

“She believes that we were a mother and daughter in a previous lifetime, and I think it’s why we have such we had such an instant bond. She just fantastic,” said Aniston.

To put their relationship to the test, she explained the pair even did a ‘past life regression retreat’ together in New Mexico, which found that they have a strong connection to their own past lives.

In one life, she had memories of being a harem girl in Turkey.

She was also a Muslim gypsy in Spain, and she even believes she was a citizen of the lost city of Atlantis at one point.

After their conversation, Barrymore called MacLaine in the studio, where the actress said: “Hi Drew and hi Jen it’s so great to see you there.”

She added: “I just wanted to tell you, Jen. I’ll never forget how professional you were during the time we were making Rumor Has It. You were really wonderful to work with. I wanna tell you congratulations from 20 years ago.”

Aniston was moved to tears, and said: “Oh my god, that really was a, that’s a surprise.”

Barrymore then asked: “Can I ask what moved you about that so much?”

That’s when Aniston revealed she was at the retreat with MacLaine when her dog, Norman, died, stating that: “I was with her when my dog passed away. Sorry, and I was at her ranch in New Mexico doing a past life regression retreat.”

She went on to say it ‘sounds crazy when I say it like that’, and asked: “Are you worried about me because I’m crying, and my dog? I’m talking about Norman. Oh my gosh.”

Later, the pair talked about Aniston’s 9 To 5 remake.

The actress shared that Dolly Parton will be involved and praised her personality when Barrymore asked what she’s like as a person.

“She’s everything you would imagine and more. She really is. She’s Dolly Parton and there’s nothing that’s not, you know, what you see is what you get,” said Aniston.
