"Katy Perry's Out-of-This-World Stunt in Space Sparks a Mind-Bending Question Among Fans!"

In a delightful blend of pop culture and cosmic adventure, Katy Perry has officially taken her talents to infinity and beyond—well, for a brief 11 minutes, that is! Yes, you read that right. On a mission that seems to walk the line between reality and sci-fi, the pop sensation joined an eclectic crew, including journalist Gayle King and rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, for a journey above the Karman Line, that mystical threshold where our atmosphere gives way to the vast unknown. While they spent a mere four minutes floating in zero gravity—which some might argue isn’t enough time to snap a decent selfie from space—Perry made the most of her brief stint by showcasing her upcoming tour setlist. But let’s face it, when you’re hurtling through the cosmos, don’t you think the view outside might be a tad more important than a sneak peek at your next big performance? With fans left baffled by her cosmic multitasking, this joyous jaunt prompts the question: what would you do if given a glimpse of Earth from space? To get the full story, click here: LEARN MORE.

In case you somehow missed it, Katy Perry – yes, the famous pop-star – was one of six people to embark on an 11-minute voyage into the cosmos today.

All in the name of future space tourism for the uber-rich, Perry joined journalist Gayle King, rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, activist Amanda Nguyen, film producer Kerianne Flynn and Bezos’ fiancee Lauren Sánchez on a the voyage into space.

The group spent just four minutes flying above the Karman Line – the boundary between the Earth’s atmosphere and outer space – which meant it seemed to be over before it truly got started for us following from the ground.

However it seems like Perry, Sánchez, King, Bowe, Nguyen and Flynn were able to get up to plenty during their short space flight.

Thanks to a camera installed in the shuttle, we could see every single one of the group’s movements while travelling in zero gravity, an experience which is meant to be overwhelmingly profound, according to accounts from ex-astronauts and Star Trek actor William Shatner.

For Perry, she decided that instead of looking out of the capsule’s window it was time to give fans a first look at her setlist for the Lifetimes upcoming tour.

After floating up to the camera, the singer held out a daisy (which represents her daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom) before revealing a butterfly card which had a bunch of text written on its wings.

However not everyone was convinced by the gesture, with many people wondering why Perry was using her four minutes in space to float in-front of the camera when she could get a first-hand account of seeing the world from space.

“The way she was more fascinated with the camera then being in space is taking me OUT,” one person wrote on Twitter in response to a clip of the singer looking at the camera.

“But what about looking out the window?, commented a second user, while a third wondered: “Not her only being up there for aesthetics. so real LMAO.”

Given the tiny font on the butterfly card, it’s extremely hard to read what’s written on there before Perry let the card float away, however she later confirmed that it was in-fact the setlist for her upcoming shows.

“How apropro,” she said after returning to the ground. “I don’t know if anyone’s ever done that before.”

Fans have since given their best crack at deciphering the butterfly setlist, with many claiming to see hits such as ‘Dark Horse’, ‘Teenage Dream’ and ‘I Kissed a Girl’ on there.

Although we’d argue it’s a pretty safe bet to suggest these songs would be played during her tour.

If announcing her upcoming setlist in space wasn’t enough, Perry also exercised her vocal chords by treating the rest of the crew to a rendition of ‘What a Wonderful World’.
