This cute photo was taken during the summer season in the Alps. This wildlife photographer ventured out into the mountains to see what he could find. Instead, this Alpine marmot found him!

This marmot is clearly not shy in front of the camera. While the wildlife photog probably had a different photo in mind, judging by his long lens, this marmot isn’t letting him capture any candid moments. He also might be double-checking to make sure his Instagram account is properly tagged.

One wildlife photographer ventured to Cozumel Island, Mexico to photograph wildlife. Located off the coast of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, tourists visit the island to scuba dive, snorkel, and explore.

These pygmy raccoons live on the island and are endangered, but clearly friendly! They approached this photographer who stepped away to give them space but couldn’t resist taking a photo. You can see these guys are smaller than the raccoons you see around the neighborhood.

This photo was captured by a wildlife photographer in Stromness Bay, South Georgia. While the photographer was posted up by the shoreline to give the animals distance, this Antarctic fur seal baby came over to get a closer look.

A midsized seal, this species has a longer neck and more pointed muzzle than some other seal species. After spending around four months with mom, the seal pups will venture on their own for several years, before having pups of their own.
