You’re Missing The Shot!
This photo was captured as snorkeling photographers jumped off a tender boat in the Dominican Republic. The group was there to capture incredible photos of whales and other wildlife, but this guy is completely missing the shot!
Here, a Silver Back Humpback Whale gives him side-eye as he glides by, almost to say, “Really, man?” Another photographer was able to snap this photo, but there’s no doubt the snorkeler who is partially in the shot will be very disappointed they missed this moment.
Beauty All Around You
This photographer took their 200mm Nikkor macro lens into the wildlife of Central America to capture some photos. Luckily, they had another camera handy to snap this incredible photo of a Flambeau butterfly sitting on the macro lens.
According to the photographer, the butterfly rested on the lens specifically because there were remnants of mineral salts from the photographer’s sweaty hands. The butterfly is collecting the moisture off of it.

These diving photographers jumped off a boat to dive down and capture incredible imagery of the sharks and other species below the ocean’s surface– but they probably weren’t expecting this!
In the background, one of the photographers still remains unsure by the cage that provides limited protection from these large sharks. Another photographer, pictured on their knees is staring right into the eyes of the lemon shark. With everyone clear as day in the blue Bahama water, this is a moment that these photographers will never forget.
