Reportedly, in a 2022 conversation on The Joe Budden Podcast, Nicki disclosed that she had received b*tt injections early in her career.
She reflected on the decision and described going to an unqualified person for the procedure as “insane.”
Minaj explained that she had felt insecure about her body while surrounded by the beauty standards prevalent in the music industry at the time.

Later, in a December 2023 interview with Vogue, she discussed her changing perspective on cosmetic procedures and confirmed that she had undergone breast reduction surgery.
“I used to want a bigger b*tt, and now I look back and realize how silly that was,” she said, encouraging women to appreciate their bodies in different shapes and sizes.
However, she has not publicly confirmed that she recently underwent backside augmentation or had implants inserted before the Michigan rally, as some netizens have speculated.
