Paris Jackson Calls Out Actor’s "Fabricated" Story About Her Advice on Michael Jackson Biopic
What happens when the child of a pop icon calls out Hollywood for, well, spinning their own moonwalk of a story? Grab your popcorn, because the Jackson family drama just slipped offstage and went straight for the director’s chair. Paris Jackson, whose dad pretty much redefined the word “celebrity,” isn’t mincing words about her connection—or lack thereof—to the buzzy Michael Jackson biopic. Why let the truth get in the way of a good PR story? Well, apparently because she can’t stand a script full of “full blown lies” about her own family . Now, Colman Domingo is in the spotlight (and not just for his red-carpet turns in Venice), but for claiming Paris signed off on his portrayal of the infamous Joe Jackson. According to Paris, that’s as true as a glitter glove at a country hoedown . Ever wonder if stars actually support their own legacy films or if it’s just another Hollywood game of telephone? Bet you weren’t expecting Paris to drag the conversation onto Instagram, receipts at the ready . In a world where family drama is currency, Paris just reminded everyone the Jacksons operate by their own rules—and she’s not here to rubber-stamp anyone’s narrative . Curious about who’s got the real final say on all things Michael? LEARN MORE.
Paris Jackson has slammed an actor for claiming she gave her two pence on the biopic about her famous dad, Michael Jackson.
Colman Domingo is set to star in Michael as the family patriarch, Joe Jackson, and has suggested that he got the 27-year-old’s support for his role.
But according to the posts on her Instagram Stories yesterday (2 September), that’s not necessarily the case.
Paris has suggested the film has ‘a lot of inaccuracies’ and ‘full blown lies’ which certainly contradicts what The Four Seasons actor seems to be suggesting.
It comes after he hosted the amfAR benefit gala during the Venice Film Festival on Sunday, raising millions for HIV research and awareness. And during the event, he spoke about getting support from both Paris and her brother, Prince.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Domingo said: “They’re very much in support of our film.
“I’m excited to be here at amfAR tonight with Paris. It feels like that’s a nice way for us to be together.”
The star said he had ‘chatted briefly’ with Paris about the biopic and that she had been ‘nothing but lovely and warm’ to him.
But on Instagram Stories, she directly tagged Domingo to say: “Don’t be telling people I was ‘helpful’ on the set of a movie I had 0% involvement in lol that is so weird.”
Paris then added: “I read one of the first drafts of the script and gave my notes about what was dishonest/didn’t sit right with me and when they didn’t address it I moved on with my life.
“Not my monkeys not my circus. God bless and God speed.”
She later went on to post more comments as she said in a video that she ‘wasn’t involved at all’ aside from giving the initial feedback.

Paris said she ‘butted out’ and left it alone as it’s not her project.
The famous daughter said part of why she had held back from speaking about Michael was because it ‘panders to a very specific section’ to her dad’s fandom who will be happy with it.
Paris said she ‘prefers honesty over sales and monetary gain’, so is ‘going to f**k off again and keep minding her own business’.
“Y’all are gonna like the f**king movie,” she added, while she believes it has a ‘lot of inaccuracies’.
Domingo says he was drawn to the biopic itself for its insight into the Jackson family.
