“On May 20th, 2023, officers from the Payson Police Department pulled over a vehicle after it had done 70-mph in a 55-mph zone. What started out as a speeding violation, would soon turn into a DUI check, after a can of beer had been spotted in the cup holder.

Over the next several minutes the driver of the vehicle, 45-year-old, James Gardiner, co-operated with the field sobriety tests, but then all over a sudden, he collapsed & would eventually go on to die.
