Shocking Revelation from Top Adult Star Unveils Hidden Truth About Male Performers No One Expected
Ever wonder what lengths some guys in the adult film world will go just to stay in the game? Well, buckle up because adult star Lena Paul just dropped a bombshell revealing a secret so wild, it sounds like sci-fi — men in porn are getting “robot penises” surgically implanted to guarantee an instant, reliable erection at the push of a button. Yup, you read that right. While many stars openly dish about how their line of work messes with their love lives and why some quit after a short stint, Lena spills the tea on how these high-tech implants are now the new norm — so much so that the guys who don’t get on board might find themselves out of work. It’s like the ultimate performance upgrade, but with a hefty price: your natural hopes and dreams for spontaneous, old-fashioned arousal. Talk about a mechanical romance! Curious how this all works and what it means for the industry? LEARN MORE.
An adult industry star has said that a growing number of male performers have a secret which nobody knows about, at least until now because she’s just shared what it is.
Big names in the adult industry often about up about what it’s actually like to be a porn star, sharing how it affects their dating life along with the worst thing about making adult films.
Several former porn stars have also explained why they left the industry, some after just a few months.
Now adult star Lena Paul has revealed how far some men will go to get ahead in porn – including surgically altering their bodies.
She claims it has got so bad that men who haven’t made the change are likely to miss out on work.

What is the adult industry secret Lena Paul has mentioned?
Speaking on Holly Randall Unfiltered, Paul said that many of the men she worked with had ‘robot penises‘ surgically implanted so they could get an erection with one button press.
She explained that the male performers ‘all have egos’ and ‘want to over-fill their d**k to the point that it’s way too hard’, but this implanted enhancement can be controlled with the push of one button and she could adjust it too.
Paul told the podcaster that she could reach down and make it look like she was ‘just playing with their balls on the camera’ when she was actually deflating the surgically enhanced phallus to her ‘ideal size’.
Apparently this is the next step after reaching the end of the road with performance enhancing drugs, as performers were getting penile injections.
“When Caverject came along, and guys were injecting their d***s to the point that they were instantly hard, that was fine. But you’re putting an expiration date on your penis,” the adult star said.
By the way, Caverject – which Paul calls ‘the steroids of porn’ – is another drug like Viagra that’s used to treat erectile dysfunction, so that’s why porn stars would be injecting themselves with it.

How the penile implant works when medicine fails
They can’t keep it up forever. And Paul said she knew a 31-year-old male performer who’d had so much of the drug injected into his genitals that it no longer worked for him, and he had to get an implant.
She explained that you ‘can’t go back from Cavaject to Viagra’, which is why some performers were now turning to surgically implanted enhancements.
The implant is a button connected to ‘two balloons that have replaced the function of those two big veins in your d**k’, Paul says, and diverts blood to fill them up when the man needs an erection.

Pressure to be ready to perform
Paul said that due to budgetary constraints there was pressure for a male performer to be up and ready whenever he needed to be, so one who could get an erection at the push of a button was more likely to get a job than one who didn’t have the implant.
She said there was ‘something sad’ about the fact that getting a penile implant meant you could now only get an erection by pressing the button and not through normal means, as it would ‘permanently change the course of your sex life’.
She’s not the only person in the adult industry to have flagged up the increasing number of men with ‘mechanical d***s’ they’ve got to contend with.
Abella Danger told the KFC Radio podcast that ‘so many guys in porn have mechanical d***s’ and the showed the hosts pictures of what it looks like.
Like any procedure there’s a risk of things going wrong and interfering with the blood flow in your body could damage your genitals.
