This Surprising Body Part May Reveal More Than You Think About His Size—Find Out Which One!
You’ve heard the old chestnut about big hands, right? Fill in the blanks yourself—I’m not getting into that mess. But here’s the kicker: while it’s generally tossed around as a cheeky conspiracy theory that big hands or feet might hint at something more “substantial,” turns out, there could be a sliver of truth hiding in plain sight. Surprisingly, it’s not the hands or feet that might give you a clue—it’s your nose. Yep, that’s right, your schnoz might just be the real MVP in the size guessing game. A US urologist spilled the beans, referencing a Japanese study that found a correlation between nose length and penile length—not those other body parts. So, before you start raising eyebrows, remember: size isn’t everything, and even those with “biggest” credentials admit there’s more to the story. Curious to dig deeper into this bizarre yet fascinating revelation? LEARN MORE.
Well, you know what they say about big hands… fill in the blank there yourself lads, I’m not going to write it out for you.
But while it’s a bit of a conspiracy theory that big hands or big feet can indicate a big package, it seems there might actually be a bit of bulk to the idea.
Yep, a doctor has actually said a body part could really suggest the size of a person’s penis.
Let’s get something out of the way now though; size isn’t everything and all that.
Even the bloke who is said to have Britain’s biggest has explained it can have its down sides and maybe the up isn’t all that worth it.
But still the ‘bigger the better’ saying carries on and it turns out your nose size could be the real give away.

I mean, it’s far more about what you do with it. (Getty Stock)
Yep, your nose.
US Urologist Dr Rena Malik said during an appearance on The Diary of a CEO podcast: “There’s one study, it’s a Japanese study, where they looked at only Japanese men, so there are some limitations — but essentially they measured all these body parts and penile length.
“And what they found was that nose length was correlated with penile length, not hand length or foot length.”
A research article published on BMC titled ‘nose size indicates maximum penile length’ looked at the relationships between ‘stretched penile length (SPL) and other measurements of genital organs, nose size, height and body weight’ in 126 adults in ages ranging from 30s to 50s.’
It found the most highly correlated factor with SPL was flaccid penile length (unsurprisingly), but the second was nose size.
“The fact that nose size is related to SPL indicates that penile length may not be determined by age, height or body weight but has already been determined before birth,” it concludes.

Essentially, studies find that both the nose and penis develop during fetal life under the influence of androgens. And the growth in these features is largely prenatal and therefore, fixed at birth.
A similar study published on the National Library of Medicine concluded: “Nose size was a significant predictor of penile size. The sizes of the penis and nose increased with a decrease in BMI. This interesting study confirms the truth of an erstwhile myth about penis size.”
So, less big hands, big d*ck and more big schnoz, big schlong it seems.
And as one of our writers said: “If the study is true, then it turns out Pinocchio is more real man than real boy.”
