Patton Oswalt
Oswalt made his television debut as a video store clerk in the sixth season episode “The Couch.” After writing for MADtv and starring in his own comedy special for HBO, Oswalt played Spence Olchin on The King of Queens.
In 2016, after his wife Michelle McNamara’s passing, Oswalt announced that her book I’ll Be Gone in the Dark would be published. In 2018, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department made an arrest on the Golden State Killer thanks to the help of that book.
