Thylane Blondeau has aged like a fine wine.

The French model was bestowed the title of the ‘most beautiful girl in the world‘ at the age of five, so it could be said she had a lot to live up to.

Her striking features earned her a spot in fashion shows for renowned designers such as Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, and Hugo Boss…while most kids her age were at school struggling to learn their ABCs.

Thylane got her start in modelling when she was just four years old, after Jean Paul Gaultier hand-selected her to walk the runway, which is quite the claim to fame.

As I’m sure you have gathered, the daughter of former Premier League footballer Patrick Blondeau and TV star Véronika Loubry has a very impressive CV.

Now 24, Thylane is still turning heads and continues to get paid to pose.

And although she’s been admired for her appearance all of her life, she previously revealed that she has never really resonated with the title of the ‘most beautiful girl in the world‘.

The brunette beauty was first dubbed this after appearing in Vogue Enfants – a kids version of the fashion magazine – back in 2006.

However, Thylane admitted that when she was younger, she ‘didn’t really pay attention’ to the complimentary title she had been awarded.

Speaking to The Telegraph in 2018, she explained: “People are like, ‘You know, you’re the most beautiful girl in the world’, and you’re like, ‘I’m not, I’m just playing with my iPad’.

“Even today, people are like, ‘You are the most beautiful girl’, and I’m like, ‘No, I’m still not, I’m just a human being, a teenager’.”

Thylane’s face is so enchanting that a lot of people don’t believe it’s actually hers, despite the evolution of her looks being well documented by photographers.

She was recently forced to deny that she has had any cosmetic tweaks done after a social media user asked her what she had ‘done with her lips’.

Taking to Instagram, Thylane said she was ‘tired’ of people questioning her about having work done.

“I know that in this generation people tend to do things very early, but I’ve never touched anything,” the model wrote, as per the New York Post. “You can look at photos of me when I was younger, nothing has changed.

“People love to compare and make things up but just because I wear makeup or use a lip liner doesn’t mean I’ve had my lips or face done. At some point we need to stop with that.”

Thylane has amassed a whopping 6.8million followers on the social media platform, a figure that was no doubt boosted thanks to her being deemed the ‘most beautiful girl in the world’.

She’s still doing her thing in the fashion industry and has also launched her own haircare range, ENALYHT.

During the 2018 interview, Thylane said she did not find it ‘difficult’ growing up in the spotlight, saying: “If you’re surrounded by good people, your life is going to be great.”

Beauty and brains, eh?
