A French model has claimed that she has had her ‘identity stolen’ after a video alleging that she was the daughter of ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron went viral.
Julie Tuzet says she has bizarrely been dragged into the drama after someone stole a clip she’d shared to social media and added a caption suggesting she was involved in the ‘Coldplay couple’ saga.
The singer and content creator, 23, boasts hundreds of thousands of followers online and explained she has been inundated with messages about her supposedly being Byron’s offspring.
On Saturday (19 July), Julie shared a video to her TikTok account to set the record straight.
“Guys, I am not the CEO’s daughter,” she said, before explaining that a video had been shared online of her with the caption: “Reconnecting with life after your dad’s affair makes national news.”

Julie made it clear the clip was not her work, adding: “It’s just someone who stole my videos and my content from TikTok, to create this fake news and it’s going viral.
“I’m like, guys, this is not me! Please help me report that person, because she blocked me. So I can’t report it, I also can’t comment anything. 2025, guys.”
She continued to say: “I can’t imagine with deepfakes, the things that will happen in the future. But stay safe, don’t believe everything you see on the internet and help me spread this news, because this is f**king wild.”
Loads of people flooded the comment section of Julie’s clip to admit they had fallen for it, while others urged the model to look into what action she could take.
Byron – who stepped down from his position as Astronomer’s CEO in wake of the scandal – is a father-of-two, but he has two sons rather than daughters, according to reports.

The businessman was seen getting cosy with the software firm’s Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot, at a gig in Boston before they both sprang apart as their embrace was blasted on screens in the arena.
It was part of a kiss cam segment during the Coldplay show, and their telling reaction prompted the band’s frontman, Chris Martin, to jokingly say: “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Now Julie claims she has involuntarily been swept up in the scandal after a social media user allegedly doctored her video.
Speaking to Newsweek about her video supposedly being taken without her permission, she said: “This is unfortunately not the first time my content is being stolen, and I’d truly appreciate this to be the last time.
“I woke up the other day with 100 messages of my friends and family sending me this viral video of myself taken originally in Guatape, Colombia, three months ago.
“It is me in the video, but the text is not mine, and the account is not mine neither.”
She explained she has been gaining a lot of unwanted attention after the video went viral.
“My face has been all over the news in the past days as ‘the CEO’s daughter’,” she added. “I am a French model and singer-songwriter from Paris that just had her identity stolen.”
