Coyote Ugly marked Michael Weston’s feature-film debut, where he played Danny. He is credited as Michael Weston, as his birth name, Michael Rubenstein, was already registered in the Screen Actors Guild.
Weston has appeared in various TV shows, playing a kidnapper in Six Feet Under, a detective in House, and a recurring role in Scrubs.
Alex Borstein as Bidding Auction Woman (uncredited)

Comedian Alex Borstein had an uncredited role in Coyote Ugly, playing one of the women who bid on Violet’s father at the end of the movie.
Borstein has had an illustrious career in comedy, first as a cast member of MADtv and then as the voice of Lois Griffin on Family Guy, which earned her a Primetime Emmy award. For her role in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, she won two Primetime Emmys and a SAG award.
Del Pentecost as Lou

Del Pentecost had a small role as Lou in Coyote Ugly. Primarily an off-broadway actor, Pentecost has appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent and had a recurring role in the series Kingdom Hospital.
His last known acting role was in 2010 in the TV series Gravity, playing Matt.
Chris Wylde as College Guy

Along with Johnny Knoxville, Chris Wylde played another college guy at the party that occurs in Coyote Ugly. The role was one of Wylde’s first feature-film credits after his time on Comedy Central’s series Strip Mall. He then appeared in Space Cowboys, The Revenant, and The DUFF.
His latest acting credits most notably include a recurring role as Glenn in the series Young Sheldon, as well as a role in the animated series Amphibia.
Susan Yeagley as Bidding Auction Woman

Playing the role of another woman bidding on Kevin, Susan Yeagley has gone on to land roles in the popular show Parks and Recreation as a recurring character and guest roles on Reno 911!, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Sarah Silverman Program.
She married Saturday Night Live cast member Kevin Nealon in Italy in 2005. They have one child together.
Ken Hudson Campbell as the Biker

Ken Hudson Campbell’s acting background comes from improvisation, where he worked alongside Steve Carrell and Bob Odenkirk in the famous The Second City improv-comedy theater. Before his role in Coyote Ugly as a biker, he appeared in Home Alone and Armageddon.
He has appeared in TV shows such as Seinfeld, two appearances in Curb Your Enthusiasm, and his most recent recurring role is in the animation series Adventures in Wonder Park.
Kaitlin Olson as Bidding Auction Woman

Coyote Ugly was Kaitlin Olson’s third feature-film role, where she played another lucky bidding auction woman. The beginnings of her career found her working with the likes of Will Ferrell and Phil Hartman in Los Angeles’ The Groundlings Sunday Company.
Her portrayal of Deandra Reynolds in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is her most recognizable role. She also played Becky in Curb Your Enthusiasm and appeared in the movies Finding Dory and Leap Year.
Jeremy Rowley as William Morris Receptionist

Jeremy Rowley is another member of The Groundlings’ improv-comedy group who appeared in Coyote Ugly. He played “William Morris Receptionist.”
His role as Lewbert in iCarly is perhaps Rowley’s most recognizable role, playing a mean doorman with a bad attitude. He also has recurring roles in the series Bless the Harts and Nobodies.
Michael Bay as Photographer

Although Michael Bay is most well-known now for his directorial projects, he had a small role in Coyote Ugly as a photographer. His character was responsible for taking a photo that appears in the paper Violet’s father reads, resulting in his confrontation about her work at the bar.
Bay has directed several commercially successful films, including but not limited to Armageddon, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Armageddon, the Transformers movie series, and much more.
