Alaia Baldwin Aronow will reportedly avoid jail time after being charged with simple assault and simple battery.

The sister of Hailey Bieber and the daughter of Stephen Baldwin was taken into custody following an alleged bar fight at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia on 24 February 2024.

Security footage showed the 33-year-old model force her way into an employee bathroom after two bouncers and a bartender said they told Aronow that she wasn’t allowed in, according to a police report.

One employee claimed Aronow pulled her hair out, while another said he was kicked in the groin.

Another added that when they asked her to exit the bathroom, she threw a used tampon at her.

Now, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Aronow has reportedly avoided prison time as prosecutors have offered to put her in a pre-trial diversion program.

It consists of completing a series of classes, fines and other objectives without having to go to jail.

TMZ reports that Aronow has accepted those terms and has paid for the programme.

Aronow’s lawyers previously said she would be willing to take ‘the necessary steps’ so such an incident doesn’t happen again.

Drew Findling said: “On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow traveled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn.

“Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again.”

According to the police report: “Ms. Aronow stated she was forcefully removed from the club.

“She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom, only stating she needed to use the restroom to throw up and change her tampon.”

The report claimed that Aronow initially denied using her tampon in the scuffle with staff, but that she ‘later stated she did throw it.’
