Shocking Survey Reveals Unexpected Conservative Reactions to Controversial Policy Proposals
Ever get the feeling that we’re all just one poorly phrased survey away from supporting the very thing we fear most? Because, wow, nothing wakes me up faster than a headline about conservatives accidentally throwing their support behind “white genocide”—especially when you realize it’s all just a matter of presentation. I mean, look at those faces in the photo; is that confusion, realization, or just the last thread of sanity snapping? It makes you wonder: If we renamed “taxes” as “personal treasure redistribution,” would Paul Ryan start baking IRS cupcakes? The real kicker here—besides my jaw hitting the floor—is how a word swap can twist beliefs like balloon animals at a dystopian birthday party. Buckle up, because this survey pulls the rug out so hard you’ll land in a different ideology. If you think you know how language messes with minds, think again—this piece will prove you wrong, and probably make you snort-laugh while doing it. LEARN MORE.

WASHINGTON—Despite overwhelming initial resistance to the concept, a Pew Research Center poll released Wednesday found that most conservatives supported white genocide when presented with its actual policies. “While the words ‘white genocide’ were universally received with fear and hostility, more than 90% of the right-leaning individuals we surveyed completely changed their minds upon learning that white genocide simply means the systematic eradication of their race,” said lead statistician Leah Maloney, adding that still more conservatives confirmed they would support or strongly support white genocide after discovering it would entail both violent acts against themselves and their families as well as their gradual replacement through interracial marriage. “This shows how inflammatory terminology alone can poison a belief system that would otherwise be embraced—five minutes of explaining that white genocide includes being driven to extinction via mass immigration, and conservatives are almost without exception on board. So if you want buy-in from that group, maybe come up with wording that’s less scary and more grounded in the idea that, one way or another, darker-skinned people will be wiping them off the planet.” Maloney went on to state that most of the conservatives polled felt deliberately duped by the term white genocide, with many saying it was almost as if someone didn’t want them to know they’d get to be heaved into a mass grave.
