A male escort who has been accused of scamming the widow of a Roblox developer of $6 million posted about how he received plastic surgery to get his signature look.

Gregg Starr, 38, has denied accusations that he swindled Marianne Flippo out of millions by telling her that she would need to buy out his $10 million contract for them to be together after Flippo filed a lawsuit against him.

Now it has emerged that Starr has appeared in a number of graphic videos shared on Instagram by Jason Emer, a celebrity plastic surgeon.

Starr is seen heaping praise on Emer, who gave his chiselled abs and jawline, and claiming that he helped him to ‘ascend to being the best body possible’.

“He [Emer] was able to combine scientific precision with art and beauty,” Starr wrote, adding: “I just couldn’t be happier.”

In another he describes some of the work that he is having done, saying: “So, we’re going to do a 360 lipo and then we’re doing a penile injection, and we’re going to do some contour around the face.”

Meanwhile Emer is seen drawing lines on Starr’s body including his buttocks, arms, and torso, saying: “This is going to be extensive. It’s a 360, supernatural look.”

Before and after photos show the dramatic transformation that Starr underwent, turning a body which looks effectively like a fairly average person into the six-pack sporting result.

One picture from before his extensive plastic surgery was shared on the social media page of Panoramic Ventures, where Starr had been employed in 2023.

The transformation included liposuction and all manner of different techniques to help produce the dramatic final result.

In the clips, Starr is put forward as a great example of someone who has achieved what Emer calls his ‘Maxoris’ ideal’, which refers to the final result of extensive procedures on the face and body.

According to the social media posts this also included ‘penile enhancement’.

It comes after Flippo, 49, a former client of Starr, filed a lawsuit against him.

Flippo’s late husband made his money by creating software for Roblox, a video game which also allows users to create and share their own games within the game.

Flippo has alleged that Starr told her that he loved her, and the only way that they could be together was if she bought out his contract as a male escort, allegedly claiming it was worth $10 million. Starr has denied the allegations made against him.

Starr was reportedly involved with a premium male escort agency called ‘Cowboys 4 Angels’, which was reportedly used by Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs for his ‘freak-off’ parties.

Starr graduated from West Point in the class of 2010, where he had studied chemical engineering, according to both his LinkedIn profile and the a webpage for alumni of the military academy.

The 38-year-old’s LinkedIn page also details time at Stanford University, where he undertook graduate coursework in biochemical engineering, and going to Northwestern University where he undertook an MBA and law school studies.
