Ms Rachel is well known for being vocal when it comes to issues around the world but her latest complaints are a little less serious.
The American YouTuber, who has amassed an incredible fortune thanks to her hugely popular videos for children, is something of an expert when it comes to educating children.
But she’s also keen to educate adults as well, and she’s been extremely outspoken on current issues such as LGBTQ+ rights and the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
However, her main line of work is trying to do what’s best for kids and in a world where parents are increasingly reliant on iPads and YouTube to keep their children occupied, it’s no surprise that Ms Rachel has become so popular as a source of information and entertainment.
As well as doing her own videos, she’s now called out nursery rhymes for kids which she thinks should officially be ‘retired’, in some cases because of their racist lyrics or undertones.

She said: “So the ones that really need to be retired are racist ones. Jimmy Crack Corn, Oh! Susanna, Eeny, meeny, miny, moe.”
Now, if you’re not American, you might have no idea what Jimmy Crack Corn and Oh! Susanna sound like but both have their significant issues, as they were both originally performed in ‘minstrel’ shows where performers would don blackface.
While the lyrics have been modernised, Jimmy Crack Corn is still clearly about slavery, so it’s a wonder why it’s so popular in the US.
You might well be more familiar with Eeny meeny miny moe but even that has a troubling history, as originally they were not focused on catching a tiger by its toe but rather a similar word that I won’t repeat.
So, it’s easy to see why Ms Rachel wouldn’t want any children singing these songs, even if they don’t have any understanding of what they’re truly about. Maybe we should stick to the wheels on the bus and twinkle twinkle nursery rhymes for now.

The 43-year-old also recently donated a huge sum to Palestine alongside Macklemore after he was removed from Ed Sheeran’s tour for speaking out about what is happening in Gaza, subsequently launching a ‘Free Palestine’ tour.
The YouTuber, whose real name is Rachel Anne Accurso, released a statement where she said: “It’s not wrong to say Palestinian people should be able to be free, and Palestinian kids should be able to grow up.
“It’s wrong to be silent during a genocide.”
She added: “I will match Macklemore’s donation and I invite every wealthy white celebrity to match it and speak out against the genocide in Gaza.
“Over 20,000 precious Palestinian children have been killed and children continue to be killed every day.
“We have a moral obligation to use our privilege and platforms to protect children and human rights.”
